Chad earned his Master’s in Public Affairs from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley before building a distinguished career serving North Carolina communities. From leading courtroom operations as Court Manager for Superior Court Judges across Anson, Richmond, and Scotland Counties, to earning the highest level of law enforcement achievement, his professional path reflects a deep dedication to people and process.
Today, Chad leverages that same professionalism and purpose in real estate. Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer or supporting a relocation, he brings clear communication, level-headed expertise, and a client-first mindset to every relationship. His strength lies in blending practical guidance with genuine human connection—helping clients feel confident and cared for throughout every step of the process.
